Service Information
All non-warranty repairs are covered by a 1-year warranty for the work that has undertaken.
All units must be returned with a Decontamination certificate, or the units will be returned to the customer at their cost.
Accessories and spare parts (where possible) are available for all products, please contact the company for prices.
Fairbridge Medical will keep your purchase operational for 10 years from the date of purchase or you can exchange your unit for a new model. This covers electronic or mechanical failure but not damage due to accident, misuse, or loss of parts. Repair costs will apply outside of the warranty period.
The 3-year warranty period when bought directly from Fairbridge Medical includes repairs except P.C.B failure beyond repair, damage from an accident or misuse.

End of Life Disposal
If a new replacement product is purchased from Fairbridge Medical you can return your old unit to us, regardless of manufacturer, carriage paid, for free of charge safe disposal. If you do not wish to purchase a new unit, we will dispose of your unit safely for a cost of £65.00 GBP/ €90.00 EUR if returned to us carriage paid.
**Note: All products must be decontaminated before being sent to the company. If they are not decontaminated beforehand, we will charge a fee of £150.00 / €210.00 to decontaminate the product before work is carried out or to destroy the unit safely excluding further repair costs. These prices do not include costs of any repairs if the product is only being decontaminated and not disposed of. If a product is sent to us for end-of-life disposal and has not been decontaminated before being sent to us, then the £150.00 / €210.00 charges apply.
